Scope of Work
Works Planned for 2024:
- Drainage work along 104 Ave north will continue
- Relocated utility lines, conducted drainage work
- Roadwork along 104 Ave south will begin
- Build sidewalks, curbs, roads, gutters, and retaining walls
- Install temporary lighting and streetlights
- Ongoing roadways construction along 104 Ave
- Ongoing track work and Utility Complex mobilization

- Tree removal and/or access to Oliver Park and Arena
- Access for MacEwan University may be impacted
- Impacts to small businesses and relationship management with Edmonton Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Business Association
- Impacts to Longstreet, Unity Square, and the Brewery District
- General access closures
