Scope of Work
Works Planned for 2025:
- Elevated guideway stations work
- West Edmonton Mall and Misericordia Stations construction ongoing
- Construction to shift from South to North side of road between 156 St – 169 St
- 87 Avenue Elevated Guideway: Started in 2021, will continue until 2026.
- Ongoing roadways construction along 87 Ave
- Ongoing track work and Utility Complex mobilization
- Significant drainage and roadworks carried out while maintaining crucial access to Misericordia Community Hospital

What you can expect
- Increased traffic and construction noise
- Marigold will endeavour to maintain two lanes of traffic in either direction; however, there will be occasional lane reductions while construction occurs
- Motorists can expect lanes to shift around the various work sites periodically
- Turn movements will be maintained
- There may be temporary lane closures and/or reduced accessibility to roads, pathways and driveways
- Pedestrian Access will be maintained during construction, however some detours may occur
- Please watch for wayfinding signage in the area for direction
- There will be ETS detours at times
- Most work will occur during daytime hours, however, occasional overnight work will be required
- This work will be completed by Marigold Infrastructure Partners and subcontracted crews
